General Shipping Information

Shipping & Handling

• $8.25 flat rate shipping on all seed orders up to $50 for the lower 48 USA. We will ship your order via USPS. Commercial bulk orders need to contact us for shipping pricing.

• Everything outside the lower 48 USA, The $4.25 flat rate fee DON'T apply. The shipping calculator needs to be used. If you can't get the calculator to get the proper shipping rates, Contact us for the correct shipping fees.

• Shipping cost for all other items other then seeds or combined orders will be figured by shipping calculator. If the PayPal calculator fails to work, CONTACT us an we will supply shipping quote.

• If you request FedEx or UPS, it will be an additional charge. You need to contact us first for a quote. Always be sure to include a physical address so there are

       no delays in processing & shipping your order.

• All orders are processed Monday-Friday, and we do not ship on the weekends.

• All orders are sent standard 3-10 business days delivery via UPS or USPS.  The carrier used will depend on the type of items being shipped. 

• Insurance is an additional charge please indicate in comment upon checkout for quote.

• All Shipping cost are non-refundable.

• FREE Shipping on all seed orders $50 or more. You must enter this code: 23w5er788-50 to get free shipping.  FREE shipping only applies to the lower 48 USA. Your cart must be over $50 to get free shipping. Coupons, promotions an discounts may lower your cart order below $50, add more items to bring your cart total over $50. If the free shipping don't apply at check out and your cart is over $50, DON'T worry!  Please Contact us and we will credit you back the shipping charges. Bulk orders NOT included in free shipping policy  ( subject to change ). All orders will be canceled where the free shipping code is applied to anything other then the lower 48 USA or orders under $50.

 

Ground

YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST
To guarantee that your order will ship Ground, there is an additional fee of $3.95. This applies to your first shipment only. Additional shipments will be sent by USPS, FedEx or UPS; our choice.
 

Optional 3-Day Express delivers

!!You MUST Contact Us first!!

Optional 3-day delivery is available on seed orders containing only Sampler, Packet and Bulk sizes, for an additional fee of $12.95. Sorry, this service is not available outside the continental US. Orders must be placed by Noon Eastern Time (weekdays) by phone, (SEPT and OCTOBER) only, or at our website, in order for it to be processed the same day as placed. We must have a physical address for 3-day delivery.


Alaska & Hawaii Customers

Please contact us first for freight costs on large orders before order is placed. Insects and fruit-bearing plants are not available to Hawaii. We do NOT ship live plants to to Alaska & Hawaii. We ship via US Mail to AK & HI the website still requires a physical address at check-out; we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have a Post Office Box for your US Mail delivery, we will send your order there.

Orders to Canada
For 1-30 orders of seed there will be an additional fee of $25.00 plus the Shipping, Packaging & Insurance fee charged on all orders of $17.95. For 31-100 packages of seed there will be an additional fee of $25.00 plus the Shipping, Packaging & Insurance fee charged on all orders of $7.95. For orders over 100 packages of seed please contact us. Non-Seed items are not available for shipment outside of the USA. We ship to Canada via US Mail, ONLY. All Canadian orders are subject to hold pending credit card verification.

International Orders
 We are only shipping to USA, Canada, UK, USA minor outlying Islands, USA Virgin Islands. FREE shipping only applies to the lower 48 USA. We will be shipping internationally soon. Visit HRSeeds.com for international orders.

live plant items ship out according to your grow zone (see the live plant page for more information).

Plant items ship via USPS and we do not accept PO BOX addresses for delivery on those orders. We  do NOT combine live plant orders with anything else! Plants are living things an need to be shipped separately. All sweet potatoes & onion plants (not sets) are shipped via the

USPS at the right time for planting in your area.

We only ship our fresh pepper pods during summer an fall when our pepper plants are producing fruits.

Pods ship via USPS and we do not accept PO BOX addresses for delivery on those orders. We  do NOT combine pepper pods orders with anything else!
