Bhut Jolokia White Pepper

The Seeds are from a brand new white skinned variety of the Bhut Jolokia from India. Fruits are said to be similar in shape and size to the red version, but ripen to a pale white. Overripe fruits can develop faint blushes of red. Heat is intense, likely making this the hottest (or at least one of the hottest) white peppers in the world. Open pollinated 80 days.
