Ancho Chile Pepper

Large hot pepper turning from green, to dark red, to black when dried. Up to 3-6 inches long, 2-3 INCHES wide. Fairly mild flavor. Extremely popular pepper in Mexico and the southwest U.S. Most commenly use the make Relleno. This is not the common Poblano pepper. Open pollinated 70 days
